teams for the 2nd Annual Hockey Fights MS Tournament. For more

The Lehigh Valley Wicked D team played the
annual Labette tournament in Lancaster hosted by USA Hockey and the
Central Penn Blades.

April 5-8th, 2007 Wicked
D goes to Canada |
|
The Lehigh Valley Wicked D team went to play hockey a the worlds largest female hockey tournament in Brampton,
Ontario which is just outside of Toronto. The Wicked team had a tough
weekend losing all their games to some pretty completion. he overall
experience was great and the players gain some more international
experience as some of the players played their second international
tournament in 6 months. For more information

March 18th, 2007 Wicked D takes 3rd place in
UWHL playoffs |
|
The Lehigh Valley Wicked take 3rd place in
UWHL playoffs. Their first round opponent was the Delaware Phoenix. The
Phoenix jumped out to an early lead in which the Wicked could not
recover. The Phoenix would go on to win the championship game against
the Philadelphia Freeze, who beat the White Lighting in their first
round playoff match up. On Sunday the Wicked played the White Lighting
for 3rd place. It was a hard fought battle, with the score tied 1-1,
team captain Inge Bouchard headed into the zone and was tripped up
injuring her knee. Moments later the game winning goal was scored by her
line mate Tina Yandersits, giving the Wicked a 3rd place finish. |

March 10th, 2007 Wicked finish 2nd in UWHL Standings |

The Lehigh Valley Wicked finished the
season in second place with a record of 9-0-2, big improvement for the
previous season where they finished last and winning a league game.
Playoffs are just 1 week away, where they will take on the Delaware
Phoenix in the first round. |

October 25-28, 2006 Wicked
Goes to Iceland |
|
Lehigh Valley Wicked combine forces with players from the Boston Bears,
and the Queenstown Hockey Club, to play in and International Tournament
in Reykjavik, Iceland. The Wicked were the only team from North America
to attend. They played 2 teams from Iceland, 2 from United Kingdom, and
1 from Denmark. They finished 2-3 but the experience will last a life
time as they made new friends and the enjoyment of visiting another
country.

September 1st, 2006 Blast to become the Wicked |
|
The Bethlehem Blast Women's team will
become the Lehigh Valley Wicked beginning with the 2006-2007 season.
The members of the team, staff, and rink will all remain unchanged.
We will still be competing in the OWL D Division. The only
noticeable difference will be our funky green jerseys! |

July 24th, 2006 Blast take 3rd in Hockey Fights MS Tourney |

The First Annual Hockey Fights MS
Tournament took place the weekend of July 21st-23rd. Organized by
the Wicked's own Candice Arnold, the event was founded to raise money
for Multiple Sclerosis research and awareness about the disease.
The Blast competed in the D Division and took third place behind the
Warminster Hawks and the Central Penn Blades. |
